Aladin

Hey Guys, Girls, and Theys

For the parts 12 weeks, I have been a part of our school production we did Aladin it was so much fun, I was an agrarian (a town flok) we just finished last night and I am so tired after all of the hard work. 

There was over 100 of us that performed we got split into 2 groups, and there were 4 premises so 2 each  My group got to perform in front of preschool kids it was so cute :)

Question time? have u ever been in a production? if u have what play did u perform and was it fun? if not do u want to be in one?

S.T.E.A.M

 Hi guys girls and theys

For S.T.E.A.M we had to make a table out of news paper and tape it was very hard because we only had pone meter of tape, ten pieces of news paper,  it has to be 15 cm off the table or ground  and had to hold a bookor more for 3 sec. but luckily my group made it but it only held one book we only had 25 min. One persons goup held 10 books and a laptop! 

Question time: have u ever made a table out of news paper and tape? if not try it out and see if u can make one?

MY ROBOT:)

 HI  GUYS, GIRLS, AND THEYS

For maths, we have been learning angels for the past 3 week's.  

It has been so fun and interesting, we have learnt all of the angels, reflex, straight, right, acute, and obtuse. 

Today we had to make a robot and print it out, and find as many angels as possible, but... we could not do any straight, or right angels because they are too easy.

Question time? What angels do u know? What should I name my robot?

 Can u find any others on my robot?

THE EGG DROP:)

 HEY GUYS, GIRLS, AND THEYS

For science we learnt about s.t.e.a.m  science.technology.art.maths

we did the egg drop basically if u don't know what the egg drop is.. u get paper, tape a bag, scissors and some pens and pencils. then when u have made your modal u put your egg inside, drop it from a high space and see if it did not crack.

it was very fun and interesting but are one smashed into tiny pieces 

Question time: have done this challenge before? if u did, did it crack?

ANGLES! Z03

 

  

Hi guys, girls, they...

For maths, we have been learning angles. we have learnt acute (less than 90°), right angle (90°),  obtuse (larger than 90° but smaller than 180°), and reflex (more than 180° but less than 360°) 

It's been really fun and I have learnt a lot! what was the hardest? It was probably when we started reflex because It was a bit confusing, but now I have gotten the hang of it.

Angles!

 

Hi guys:)

For numeracy today, we have started to learn about angles.  

We learnt about 3 different angles today - acute (less than 90°), right angle (90°), and obtuse (larger than 90° but smaller than 180°).  We also learnt how to use a protractor to measure angles.  We know that we need to measure an angle from a vertice (a corner where two straight lines meet).

For our create task, we had to measure three different angles on the first letter of our name - can you figure out if they are acute, right angle or obtuse?

Hi, guys for the past 5 to 6 weeks we have been learning Maori we had to make a scratch about how to say the weather in Maori. it was fun for me. 

I am really bad at scratch so please don't judge:). 

what was challenging for me? for me it was finding all the tools on scratch it was very confusing:(
